About
So nice to meet you!
I always knew I wanted a career in something science. I considered medical school but was intimidated by the time commitment. I fell in love with my basic nutrition class at Penn State and the rest is history. I volunteered at the on-campus day care my senior year of college and I fell in love working with food and kids. I have worked in children’s hospitals in the Northeast ever since.
A few years into my career – I took on a per diem job at an eating disorder clinic on the Upper West Side and I realized how difficult it is to navigate the world we live in and feeling good in our bodies. I had a wonderful mentor (and still do) who helped me see how much good work there is to do to help people feel good in their skin. I’ve also learned so much about realistic living once I got pregnant and became a mom myself.
Whether you are struggling with body image, trying to get pregnant or stressed out with feeding your kids – I would love to help.
